Transitional Housing
Transitional housing is a supportive, yet temporary, type of accommodation meant to bridge the gap from homelessness to permanent housing by offering structure, supervision, support, life skills, education, and training.
We have two Transitional Housing units that provide temporary housing to two families. We partnered with Hope Homes to get these 2-bedroom, 2-bath houses in Mocksville.

Families enrolled in our Transitional Housing program meet regularly with our case manager to address challenges, achieve goals, and plan for long-term independence.

On average, 94% of the people served in our Shelter and Transitional Housing programs secure housing within 12 weeks. 90% of those families are still house one year later.
